Assessment worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trusts Talking Therapies Service as an assessment worker

The post holder will be part of an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service. They will provide Assessments and offer Step 1 interventions to patients referred. They will offer consultation to their own team, practitioners from other teams in the service and to external stakeholders and referrers such as GPs and secondary care mental health services

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
