We are interested in hearing from people who can make a difference with their dedication, expertise, compassion and positive outlook to join our dedicated team at Burnham-On-Sea hospital to care for patients in a hospital environment.

We are looking to recruit a compassionate caring individual to work with our patients who are predominantly with us to regain their independence and go home. The work is demanding but can be very rewarding and satisfying.

The successful applicant will ideally have some experience of caring for older people, and already have or be prepared to work towards NVQ2 qualification. You will be required to work flexibly covering shift patterns which include nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
