Our vision is to deliver ‘truly integrated care centred on the needs of the individual’ Llanidloes Community Hospital is a small Community Hospital located in the centre of Llanidloes, with 14 beds providing a wide-range of services and is a key link between primary care in the community and acute care within the District General Hospitals.

We specialise in the care of older people, with sub-acute needs and rehabilitation. End of life care is also provided and there is a Day Hospital and Outpatient facility on-site.

Our overall purpose is the delivery of safe, effective and dignified care, with nurses and midwives recognising their personal responsibility and accountability for the delivery of evidenced based care through competence in decision making and the effective management of risk, to ensure the best outcomes for patients and clients.
