The Nursing and Midwifery Council is the regulator for nursing and midwifery professions in the UK. Applicants that don't currently have the required registration will not be successful. 

Are you passionate about providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients in the initial phase of illness or trauma and often in life threatening situations? Would you like the opportunity to expand your skills, and be part of evolving and developing services? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills and a commitment to continued professional development and delivering excellent patient care?

We are looking for highly motivated Nursing Associates who have experience in an acute setting or previous experience working within an Emergency Department setting and wish to further develop their clinical and leadership skills.

Success applicants will be invited to an assessment centre whereby attendance in person is essential.

You should have a full NMC Registration as a Nursing Associate with a live pin.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The Nursing Associate (NA) will assist the nursing team in the delivery of direct care to patients within Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The NA will be required to provide care independently providing a holistic, high quality, patient focused, comprehensive, efficient and safe service for the patients cared for at Kettering General Hospital acting with responsibility, accountability and integrity as directed and delegated by the nurse in charge, including the delivery of care to meet a cohort of patients; admission and discharge processes, meeting the physical and psychosocial needs of patients; and will be included within the registered staff numbers.

This post works within a multidisciplinary team with registered and non-registered staff.
