The Team provides care to patients both in hospital and in the patients home Monday- Friday.

The team provides safe high quality care for patients. You would be able to perform a wide range of clinical duties and this may include venepuncture, Clinical Observations, setting up dialysis machines and collecting samples for routine tests.

You will be supported within the role with on-going training which includes the renal foundation programme.

You will possess or working towards NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

You must have a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
