Join us as Assisstant Practitioner and you’ll benefit from being at the centre of a specialty that has real direction and is committed to building a team for the future. You’ll also be able to develop new skills and contribute to a team that consists of enthusiastic professionals, each committed to advancing nursing practice. To succeed, you’ll need an NVQ in Care, with an FdA in Health & Social Care desirable but not essential. You will however need the commitment to undertake the NVQ A1 Assessor Units. We’ll also be looking for good IT skills and a real flair for problem solving. Self-motivated and hard working, you’re flexible in your approach too. And, above all, like us, you have a real enthusiasm about continued personal and educational development.
In return, we’ll provide a truly supportive environment that will tailor a personal development plan to your individual learning needs, with the aim of enhancing your current skills and knowledge to enable you to successfully undertake the role. In short, our dedicated educational team has a commitment to life long learning and will support you through any development programmes identified.
