Job overview
An opportunity has come about for the applicant to come and join our friendly maternity team. The post will involve working within all the areas of the maternity unit, supporting the clinical staff and other administrative colleagues from both maternity and paediatrics.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role, include using systems such as PAS, Euroking, iReporter and Membra to name a few. These supports the smooth running of the Maternity service and ensures women and the families remain safe throughout the pregnancy and childbirth journey.
You would be expected to work closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team in supporting the provision of care for these individuals.

Essential criteria
- GCSE level or equivalent passes including English and maths
- Recent experience, including NHS reception / call centre work.
- Experience of office & filing systems
- Experience using Patient Information Systems
- Experience of using computer systems, including data inputting and Microsoft Office
