We're offering an exciting opportunity for you to work as an integral part of the Healthcare team providing clinical care to young people within a secure setting. CNWL provide an Integrated Primary Care, Substance Misuse, Mental Health and Sexual Behaviour Services within Medway Secure Training Centre (STC).

Join a highly motivated and passionate team with significant experience delivering healthcare in a secure environment. Medway is one of four purpose built STCs offering secure provision for approximately 76 children and young people aged from 12 to 17 years, who meet the criteria for a custodial sentence, or who are remanded to a secure setting.

CNWL and our partners from the Commissioning Authority, Youth Justice Board and the Secure Training Centre are committed to making our healthcare provision as good as or better than services available to the wider community. Our motto? Caring not judging.

This post attracts an additional incentive of up to £2,500 which will be paid in the first year of service. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
