Are you a Band 5 RMN looking to specialise in Mental Health Care?

We’re looking for highly motivated Band 5 RMNs to join our expanding team here in Milton Keynes following significant investment and recent promotions.

You’ll have a drive and enthusiasm for providing care to a challenging service user group, and be able or have the potential to lead a team of nurses on one of two wards on a rotational shift pattern including early, late and night shifts.

You’ll be joining one of the largest Trusts in the country and will benefit from outstanding and continual training. You will have access to a wide network of skills, knowledge and professionals throughout CNWL that will advance your career development.

We have been AIMS accredited, the first in CNWL. AIMS is a set of standards designed by the Royal College of Psychiatrists aimed at improving the care provided by an acute inpatient mental health unit via an accreditation peer review process.

We Offer:

• Removal Expenses Support if you have to relocate more than 30 miles and meet our criteria
• Recruitment and Retention Payment Due to its specific nature, postholders will get a top up payment of £2,500 in addition to an Agenda for Change Salary. This will be a rolling payment
