An exciting opportunity has arisen within CNWL-Milton Keynes.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated District Nurse, with strong leadership qualities to lead a team of staff nurses and health care assistants in delivering high quality nursing care to a diverse caseload in the Milton Keynes area.

Community Nursing is an innovative service providing nursing care to complex patients in the community. Service development is at the forefront of our strategy to meet increasing demands and change in line with the Five year forward plan and other initiatives. The service promotes a culture of collaboration and joint working with social services, acute services and intermediate care.

Candidates must have a District Nursing Specialist Practitioner Qualification, have excellent assessment and decision making skills, be able to work autonomously and be adaptable, flexible and willing to work and lead within the changing health care environment.

Car and driving licence essential.
