Community Registered Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen within CNWL-Milton Keynes for enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our District Nursing Service.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated staff nurses who are willing to extend their skills and practice without direct supervision to join our nursing teams which are led by the District Nurse. You will be working across Milton Keynes delivering high quality nursing care to a diverse caseload. The district nursing service operates 7 days a week

Community Nursing is an innovative service providing nursing care to complex patients in the community. The service promotes a culture of collaboration and joint working with social services, acute services and intermediate care.

Candidates must have excellent communication and assessment skills. You must be able to work autonomously and be adaptable, flexible and willing to work within the changing health care environment. A sound understanding and knowledge of the current drive to transform community services is an essential requirement Previous community experience is desirable but not essential.
