Paediatric Diabetes Staff Nurse - Band 5
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Paediatric Diabetes service based at Northwick Park Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic dynamic, forward thinking children’s nurse to join our paediatric diabetes team, caring for children and young people with diabetes.
We are looking for a highly motivated children’s nurse, who has a passion for diabetes. You would enjoy the challenges of working within a progressive, dedicated and enthusiastic team, working across both in-patient, clinic and community settings in line with Best Practice Tariff.
You will have the ability to work autonomously as part of a team, whilst also demonstrating initiative and strong organizational and communication skills.
