Clinical Research Nurse

The Trust has a long tradition of undertaking ground-breaking research and is in the enviable position of being home to one of only five comprehensive Biomedical Research Centres in England with our academic partner, King's College London. We are part of King’s Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre, a pioneering collaboration between one of the world’s leading research-led universities and three of London’s most successful NHS Foundation Trusts

We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Research Nurse with a specialist interest in Cardiac disease, you will join a team of research nurses in the Cardiovascular division. You will be employed by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, working closely with our academic partners at King’s College London. You will have responsibility for conducting research studies, ensuring that they are run to the highest standards incorporating Good Clinical Practice Guidelines. You will need to show a clear expression of interest in the research process in particular Cardiovascular Disease. Your role will be to support the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), focusing onCardiovascular Clinical Research Network (CRN) portfolio studies.
