Do you want to work in a Dynamic Intermediate Care Unit based in the HIlingdon Borough, caring for patients who require Mobility Rehabilitation. Working alongside Nurses, Ward Sisters, Ward Manager, Doctors, Consultants, Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists?

We are looking for Band 5 registered nurses who have enthusiasm, energy and a passion for delivering the best nursing care possible.You will be expected to fit into all shift patterns, the Unit's shifts are Long Days & Nights, 7 days a week service.

In return for your commitment we will make sure you receive the support and development you need to consolidate your learning and prepare yourself for future challenges. We provide good preceptorship and supervision and a first class learning experience in all aspects of community nursing. We also make it easy for you to access continuing professional development resources which will support you to complete qualifications or modules to help you develop a clinical speciality according to the needs of the Service. It is our aim to recruit the best nurses so that we can continue to develop and provide the best patient care. Candidates who are shortlisted for any Band 5 position in the trust will be invited to attend an assessment and interview on the same day. Only candidates who pass the numeracy and literacy assessment will be asked to progress to an interview.
