Ward Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated individual to join an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to the provision of high standards of care and to development of our service as a centre of excellence.
Eastlake Ward is one of two Adult Acute wards in the modern Mental Health Centre situated on the Northwick Park Hospital site in Harrow. The ward is a 23 bed mixed mental health adult acute setting providing high standard of care.
We are looking for a candidate who has enthusiasm and passion for meeting the needs of acutely unwell adults, as well as being adaptable, enjoy variety, can work independently and also understand the relevance of team working. As the Ward Manager you will be at the fore front of managing, guiding and leading the team to provide high-quality mental health care. You will aslo support and develop our nursing and multi-disciplinary teams.

You will be leading a skilled and welcoming multi-disciplinary team, including four deputy ward managers, matron and consultant psychiatrist, who work towards attainment of excellent care for our service users. You also be supported by the Matron and hospital leadership team, working closely with colleagues sharing expertise, ideas and knowledge.
