An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated nurse leader to support the Associate Chief Nurse for Community and Therapy services in further developing the Adult integrated Health and Social Care teams within the three Care Networks and the Adult services Community Specialist Nursing teams.
The post holder will line manage the Operational Matrons for adult Nursing and therapy services within the Care Networks and Specialist Nursing services, ensuring high quality nursing and therapy care is provided consistantly, effectively and efficiently.
The post holder will be a strong confident leader, with advanced communication skills. They will have a minimum of 2 years experience at band 8a Nursing managerial level.
The post holder will be passionate about the services they are responsible for and in providing excellent care. They will be accessible and have a visible presence both within community services and the wider organisation.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
