Are you a Nurse who is passionate about the 6 Cs of Nursing and who always puts the needs of the patient first? If so we have opportunities for you to join our amazing nursing team here at the Discharge Lounge in Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
The Discharge Lounge is an essential part of the Trust. It is critical to the smooth flow of patients through the Hospital and ensuring safe discharge of people to their homes and elsewhere.
You will need strong organisational and clinical skills as the Discharge Lounge is a busy and demanding area to work in.
The Discharge Lounge are part of the Contingency Team therefore at times you will be asked to assist with clinical work on the ward
