Medway NHS Foundation Trust is unique – undergoing transformational changes within the organisation that provides an extensive range of clinical services to a diverse population of approximately 400,000 across Medway and Swale.
We are pleased to announce that following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission we have exited special measures after ‘major improvements’. Medway NHS is now no longer rated as inadequate overall, with one area described as ‘outstanding’ and many others as ‘good’.
We are looking for a Matron who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
This exciting role will help to drive forward to our clinical innovation and improvement clinical standards and practice. The successful candidate will help underpin the ‘Best Better Brilliant’ programme across the breadth of integrated medical care. You will be expected to liaise with internal and external stake holders to help develop forward thinking innovative clinical pathways and evidence based practice.
