Over 30 consultant clinicians choose to see their patients here, covering a wide range of specialities.

We are seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager to manage a friendly team on our 34-bed Ward and Pre-Assessment Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse with evidence of clinical leadership and of service improvement.

You will develop strategies and policies for service improvement, improve quality, promote diversity and equality, delegate work to others and encourage your team to develop their own knowledge, ideas and practise.

You wil lead the day to day management of the team while supporting the management and development of others. You will strive to improve clinical effectiveness, acting as a role model in quality improvement and offering advice and support to your team members.

Normally you will work 2 days clinically and 3 days administratively.

This is a full time position, 37.5 hours week, flexible working pattern.
