Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse: Wrexham and Flintshire Older Person's Mental Health, - Younger Onset Dementia
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a community mental health nurse specialising in the care of people with Younger Onset Dementia. This is a developing service with many challenges and opportunities for enthusiastic, forward thinking mental health nurses. The multi disciplinary team works closely with the local authority and third sector and is linked with the inpatient and memory services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
