THIS POST IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS TO COVER SERVICE NEEDS.
The post holder will be part of a team providing care and support to children who have complex health needs including life limiting/life threatening conditions. This will include working under the supervision of the Community Children’s Nurse and the parents, to provide respite care for children in their own homes, and individual support at times in educational establishments, and the community.
Ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
