We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Health Care Support Worker to join the Denbighshire Childrens Disability Team. The successful post holder will work with Children and Young People who have learning disabilities and complex health needs across numerous settings within Conwy and Denbighshire. An interest in working with Children / Young People who present with challenging behaviour is essential for this post.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
