An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a second Acute Coronary Syndrome Specialist Nurse at Ysbyty Gwynedd. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver and further develop the existing ACS service, with the commencement of a nurse-led chest pain clinic. This will include undertaking specialist clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with ACS. The role also involves providing specialist advice and support for health care professionals. The successful candidate will join a fantastic cardiology team comprising of 4 consultants, a well developed CCU with experienced cardiac nurses, and well established heart failure, AF, and cardiac rehab services.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
