This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of in-patient (Campus) areas across Derby and Chesterfield. You will support the Heads of Nursing to provide leadership to clinicians within in-patient services and will ensure the provision of a high quality and responsive professional leadership / nursing service.

You will be supporting the Heads of Nursing to promote innovative and evidence based practice. It will include setting clinical standards in areas such as person-centred care planning, clinical records, reducing restrictive practices, and implementation of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. You will be working with front-line colleagues to bring about improvements in the quality of care, and offering assurance through audit that clinical standards are implemented and the quality of care is sustained.
