Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for; 

Due to retirement an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sister with demonstrable leadership experience to join the leadership team within Ward 307, Head and Neck.

The service offered by Ward 307 is highly regarded and well established within the Trust and comprises ENT, Max Facial and Ophthalmology.

As the Sister you will be responsible for continuing to deliver exceptional standards of safe, effective care; monitoring and maintaining care to ensure that it consistently meets Trust standards.

You will need excellent organisational skills, experience of supervising a team of dedicated Registered General Nurses and Health Care Assistants is essential, together with an intuitive and balanced approach to leadership.
