We currently have an exciting opportunity for a District Nurse LocalityTeam Leader working 34-37.5 hrs per week within the Newquay & St Eval Community Nursing Team.
The Newquay & St Eval Community Nursing Teams covers the urban and rural areas of St Eval and Newquay. We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Locality Team Lead to manage the operational, clinical and HR elements required for this large team.
This role will involve attending meetings across the central locality and at times countywide. Therefore the successful candidate should be able to travel independently and hold a full clean driving licence. You will be part of a team of 5 Locality Team Leads and will be involved in working towards the Integration Agenda and the Shaping Our Future programme.
