This is a great opportunity for someone to invest in their future with the Liaison and Diversion and Forensic Community Teams in Cornwall;
This post, which is based within the Liaison and Diversion team is part of a new innovation to deliver psychologically informed interventions to select groups of people who have had specific needs highlighted in their assessment with the Liaison and Diversion Practitioners;
In our ageless service some of this will be with adults but we have an additional opportunity to work with young people at a time where there is a great window of opportunity to make a key difference.
The post offers the equivalent of one day a week invested in bespoke Forensic Nursing development and training which will be supported across the huge skill base that exists within Cornwall’s Centre for Mental Health and Justice. We are a dynamic team of committed and vastly experienced clinical staff across a plethora of disciplines.
We are looking for a special, highly committed, driven and innovative individual who has the will to develop themselves in this incredibly supportive environment but also to develop the key specialist skills and leadership style that is necessary to ensure that they grow in confidence in delivering high quality and compassionate empowering treatment.
To lead those that they encounter ,with their inspiring manner and become part of the process of teaching such in the future through both their attitude and actions.
