Senior Nurse Practitioner Dual Diagnosis

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded community mental health team. Warrington Recovery have a full time permanent position for a Senior Nurse Practitioner/Dual Diagnosis Worker.

Your role will be to manage a complex caseload of service users with dual diagnosis, offering effective and evidence based interventions, within a supportive, multi disciplinary Team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an attitude and value base, which is person centred and committed to working closely with service users and carers, involving them fully in care decisions.

IMPORTANT: As this is a community post, the ability, means and willingness to travel between multiple sites in the course of performing duties is essential. The role will involve regular travel across healthcare organisation sites in the North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust catchment area. Therefore, the post holder must be able to meet the travel requirements of this post. Please indicate on your application how you meet this requirement.

Previous experience of working in a similar setting is important.

Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
