Due to retirement we have an opportunity for a band 6 Senior Nurse Practitioner in Warrington Community Learning Disabilities Team.
The team work with individuals in the community who have diverse needs which range from Profound Multiple Learning Disability, behaviours that challenge, Autism with Learning Disability and mental health needs.
You will be adaptable and embracing of change. You will have an understanding of national drivers in the field of Learning Disability and be able to demonstrate how you can contribute to take these strategies forward with the team.
This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
