Pembrokeshire Community Nursing Bank is looking to appoint Band 3 Bank Community Health Care Support Workers. The successful post holders will be working in the community for District Nursing Teams, Care at Home Team, Acute Repsonse Team and Sunderland Ward, South Pembs Hospital.

The post holder requires NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards with equivalent level of experience.

The applicant will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a lone worker or as part of a team to ensure high standards of care are provided.

The ability to work flexible hours and to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
