This is a fixed term post until 31st March 2017 to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for an innovative, experienced Health Visitor to join our Flying Start Health Visiting team in Pembrokeshire.

Flying Start is a Welsh Government funded programme which ensures that children living in identified post coded areas receive additional support services on a needs led basis.

As a Flying Start Health Visitor, you will manage a reduced caseload which will enable you to deliver an enhanced, intensive Health Visiting Core Programme.

You will be joining an established Flying Start Team which includes a team of Community Nursery Nurses, a Flying Start midwife and Speech and Language Therapists. You will be based at Winch Lane Surgery, Haverfordwest.

You will be supported to develop the extended skills required for this post with training and supervision.

Ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
