An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Community Mental Health Service based in North Pembrokeshire for a Band 7 Operational Manager.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, flexible, a team player with proven skills in leading a multi disciplinary team and who would like to be part of our transformation in care work.

You will have to be willing to work well not only in the team you lead but also play a major part in facilitating cohesive work with the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, the Adult Acute Admission Ward, The Therapeutic Day Service, The Local Primary Mental Health Support Service, Local Authority, Police, the 3rd Sector etc.

The Hywell Dda University Health Board covers the West Wales area of Dyfed , the locality of Pembrokeshire is a tourist hotspot with beautiful scenery and beaches that affords wonderful out door opportunities throughout the year.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role
