Senior Staff Nurse

Band 6


A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced band 5 or an existing band 6 to join the team on ward 200, as a senior staff nurse, at South Bristol Community Hospital.
Ward 200 is a 26 bedded rehabilitation ward with 4 additional palliative beds (end of life).This opportunity will enable you to enhance your clinical and management/leadership skills in a very supportive team environment. This unique environment will provide you with an opportunity to expand existing clinical assessment skills, complex discharge planning, combined with the skills essential for caring for terminal ill patients.
The successful candidate will be required to work over the 24 hour period to provide support to the staff working on site at South Bristol Community Hospital.
